Recital Information
Location: Morrison High School Theater
Dress Rehearsal: Friday May 19th 6:30pm / Please arrive at 6:00pm
Spring Recital: Saturday May 20th 2:00pm / Please arrive at 1:30pm
Recital Packets will be available starting April 11th - Packets need to be picked up by an adult
Recital - Important Information
TICKETS
Mother’s Pass
· One Mother’s Pass per dance family is included in this Recital Packet
· This Pass is for the female adult who will be assisting the dancer/s in the Dressing Room
· This Pass needs to be worn to get into the Theatre and Dressing Area
Recital Tickets
· Tickets are $10 each for persons 3 yrs. and up entering the Theatre
· Tickets can be purchased at the Dance Studio May 2nd – May 18th
· Tickets will be sold at the Recital May 20th at 1:00 pm ( check or cash )
· Tickets will NOT be sold at the Dress Rehearsal
Please
· Make sure you have passed out your tickets to family and friends before entering the Theatre or leave the tickets in an envelope with a name on it at the Ticket Table if they are coming to the Theatre after you have been seated.

DRESSING ROOM RULES
1. DANCERS IN THE CHORUS ROOM must have an adult with them at all times while
in the dressing room.
2. ONLY THE DANCER & ONE ADULT with the Mother’s Pass are allowed in the dressing room – NO additional family or friends in the dressing room or hallway
3. NO MALES of any age allowed in the dressing rooms or hallway
4. NO FOOD OR DRINK is allowed in Either Dressing Room (exception water bottles)
5. DO NOT TOUCH – instruments, music, chalk, chalkboards, uniforms, anything that
does not belong to you.
6. USE THE RESTROOM before putting on your first costume
7. DO NOT BRING MARKERS
8. KEEP THE NOISE DOWN it can be heard in the theatre
9. BACK STAGE LINE UP- dancers should remain in the dressing room until the Stage Crew comes to take them back stage. Parents are NOT allowed back stage . Parents should go to the theatre to view their dancer on stage – then return to the dressing room to change costumes or wait for the closing number .
WHAT TO BRING
1. BRING this recital information packet
2. BRING your Mother’s Pass
3. BRING all your costumes / tights / dance shoes / red lipstick / blush / no eye makeup
4. BRING a clothes rack if you would like to hang up your costumes

Sit in the Theatre for last minute announcements
Rehearsal begins at 6:30 pm

Remain in the Dressing Room until Back Stage Crew lines you up to perform
Performers are not allowed in the Theatre during the recital unless you have a pass from Miss Colleen
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Photos and Videos can be taken at Dress Rehearsal and Recital
Please be courteous to those around you when taking photos and videos
DO NOT take photos of dancers when they are lined up in the Hall – the Back Stage Crew needs their attention
